Great care has been taken in the design of Thornburgh’s masterplan, with a focus on preserving your view – forever. We intentionally placed homes only on one side of the street with open space on the other side of the street.  And we spread the roads apart to use the elevation. The result, as you go up the hill each home is about 30’ higher, and hundreds of feet away from the home below it, ensuring you see over the neighbor below you. The entire community has been designed this way. Thornburgh home sites are roughly ½ acre with about the same in dedicated open space behind them.

Each Designer Home was individually crafted with tremendous attention to detail and are offered in a range of floor plans from 2,200 sq. ft. to over 3,500 sq. ft. Thornburgh Designer Home plans are hand-tailored to the unique features of this special site. Each home is available in a range of elevation styles from Mountain Modern, Modern Lodge, NW Lodge to the High Desert Prairie. Examples shown below.

Golf Cabins are offered in a variety of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom floor plans. Each cabin offers expansive, open-plan indoor and outdoor living with access to the Tribute Golf Course, Clubhouse, and comprehensive resort-style amenities.
