Thornburgh has created a series of unique home plans designed for this special place and its majestic views. You will be able to select from a finished home or select a home site and a customizable plan that will perfectly fit the site and your lifestyle. All Thornburgh homes come in 4 different elevation styles, which include: Mountain Modern, NW Lodge, Modern Lodge, and High Desert Prairie. Thornburgh allows you to select the home, pick the elevation style and then choose the options and finishes that make it uniquely you.

All Thornburgh homes are light and airy, with wide-open floor plans and seamless transitions from indoor to outdoor spaces. Timber, stone, and glass are used to both complement the natural setting and blend into it. Plans range in size from 2,200 to nearly 3,900 sq. ft., with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. Preplanned options will allow you to further customize your home, transforming bedrooms into offices or walk-outs into game rooms, theaters, wine cellars, or storage.
